Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy ensures fairness to all customers while allowing us to maintain efficient service.

1. Cancellation Timeframes & Refunds
• More than 24 hours before pickup: Full refund or credit for future travel.
12 to 24 hours before pickup: 50% refund or credit for future travel.
• Less than 12 hours before pickup: No refund.

2. No-Show Policy: If a passenger does not show up at the designated pickup location without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued.

3. Flight Delays & Cancellations: If your flight is delayed or canceled, we will do our best to accommodate changes. Please notify us as soon as possible to reschedule.
